The weather decided
Since it's a bit icy and slippery outside the weather decided what I should wear today, the skirt !
So here it is ! It's too early for quality make-up, so I'm just wearing some mascara !
it's a bit chilly so I threw on some silk knee-highs underneath :)

You like? this what I love wearing pretty much :) my grandma always calls me an old lady when I wear it though, haha
